Pump Description
The ZPD/ZPDG series of pumps independently developed by Changsha Pump Factory are horizontal single suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pumps, which adopt the hydraulic model of highly efficient and energy-saving products recommended by the state, and occupy a leading position in the industry. The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and balanced operation, low noise, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. It can be used to transport clean water without solid particles (abrasives), suspended solids or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or erosive media by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the overflow part of the pump) and adding a cooling system.
ZPD/ZPDG type: It belongs to the self balancing type of unbalanced system and is transformed from D/DG type. This series of pumps eliminate the balancing device that is prone to failure, reducing the maintenance difficulty and cost. The rotor does not move when it stops/starts, overcoming the problem of poor reliability of multi-stage pump seals, reducing the shaft power, 3% higher than the efficiency of ordinary multi-stage pumps, optimizing the hydraulic model, and improving the anti cavitation ability.

Flow: Q=3.75~850m3/h, lift: H=49-1740m.

It is widely used in petrochemical industry, hot water circulation, environmental protection industry, purified water transmission and other industries. Transmission medium temperature: - 20 ° C~150 ° C. The allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.
