Overview:
The S-type pump is a single-stage double-suction horizontal split-type centrifugal pump, which can pump clean water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the medium to be transported does not exceed 80 °C. It is suitable for factories, urban water supply, mines, power station water supply and drainage, farmland irrigation and various water conservancy projects, petrochemical projects, etc.
The allowable inlet pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa. If the user has special requirements, changing the material can transport higher inlet pressure medium.
It can be applied to different occasions by changing the material of overcurrent parts and seals.

Structure description:
The S-type pump is a horizontal structure. The suction port and the discharge port are below the pump axis. The center line is vertical to the axis and is horizontal. ).
The main parts of the pump are pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, shaft sleeve, double suction sealing ring, etc. Among them, the impeller, shaft sleeve and double suction sealing ring are wearing parts.
The impeller is fixed on the shaft with a bushing and a bushing nut, and the axial position can be adjusted by a common bushing nut. The axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical distribution of its own blades, and the possible residual axial force is borne by the bearings at both ends.
Viewed from the motor end to the pump, the S-type pump rotates clockwise, that is, the suction port is on the right and the discharge port is on the left. It can also be changed to counterclockwise rotation according to user requirements.
The bearing parts are distributed at both ends of the pump, and the bearings are rolling bearings. The bearing lubrication method adopts grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication.
The water pump is connected with the motor (or other prime mover) through the elastic pin coupling.
There are two types of shaft seals: packing seal or mechanical seal. When the pump diameter is below 800mm, dry oil lubrication is basically used, and the pump diameter above 800mm is basically lubricated with thin oil.
