Pump Description
TKX(S), LKX(S), LBX(S) vertical oblique flow pumps are new products developed by Changsha Pump Factory in the 1980s by introducing advanced technology from American I-R Company. Circulating pumps for thermal power plants and nuclear power plants, for metallurgy, urban and farmland water supply and drainage and industrial and mining engineering pumps, used to transport clean water, rainwater, sewage and seawater below 55 °C.

Model Description:
80 LKXC — 20A 80--The discharge diameter of the pump (inch, ie 2000/25=80) L-- means vertical oblique flow pump, T means the vane is adjustable; K-- means the pump rotor can be drawn out, B means the rotor cannot be Pumping; X-- means the pump outlet is below the base layer, S means the outlet is above the base layer; C-- pump design sequence; 20--pump design point lift; A-- means that the impeller is cut.
Structure type:
The pump shaft is installed vertically, the suction port is vertically downward, and the discharge port is horizontally extended. The impeller blade angle of the T-type pump can be changed during the operation of the unit. There are two types of installation methods: pumps and motors are installed on two base layers respectively, and pumps and motors are directly connected to one base layer. Seal with packing seal. The suction pool of the pump has two types: wet pit type and dry pit type. The axial thrust of the pump is generally borne by the motor, and the small pump can also be borne by the pump itself. The impeller is usually one stage, and can also be designed into multiple stages according to needs. The bearing of the pump adopts two kinds of rubber bearing and Sailong bearing. When rubber bearing is used, the pump shaft is provided with a protective sleeve, which is filled with clean pressure water for lubrication.
Main parts material:
The pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel. The impeller is cast iron or cast steel or stainless steel. The rest are cast iron, or steel plate welding.
