Overview
LC type vertical long axis pump is an advanced and mature series of products developed on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign advanced experience in design and manufacturing, combined with market demand. Transport clean water and sewage containing certain solid particles (such as iron filings, sand, coal powder, etc.), corrosive industrial wastewater, seawater; the temperature of the transported liquid does not exceed 80 °C. It is widely used in raw water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, metallurgical iron and steel industries (especially in the industry to transport iron oxide scale in whirlpools), power plants, mines, municipal engineering and farmland water conservancy projects.

Structural features
The LC type vertical long-axis pump has a vertical inlet and a horizontal outlet. It is installed on a single base, and the pump and the motor are directly connected. When looking down from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise. The main features are:
1. The hydraulic design software optimizes the design, has superior performance, and fully considers the abrasion resistance of the impeller and guide vane, so that the life of the impeller and other wearing parts is greatly improved; the product runs stably, safely, reliably, efficiently and energy-saving.
2. The inlet of the pump is equipped with a filter screen, and the opening size is appropriate, which not only effectively prevents large particles of impurities from entering the pump and damages the pump, but also ensures that the net water inlet area is more than 3.5 times the cross-sectional area of the lift pipe, which minimizes the Import losses, improve pump efficiency.
3. The impeller adopts a balance hole to balance the axial force, and the front and rear cover plates of the impeller are provided with replaceable sealing rings to protect the impeller and the pump body. The sealing ring adopts a special weir-type structure, which can effectively prevent the iron oxide scale or other impurities from sinking to the inlet of the sealing ring gap after the pump is stopped, which greatly improves the service life of the sealing ring and the impeller.
4. The pump intermediate shaft, lifting pipe and protective pipe are multi-section, the intermediate intermediate shaft adopts the sleeve coupling patent technology, the radial coaxiality is ten times higher than other coupling methods, and the vibration of the whole machine is reduced by more than 70%; the lifting pipe The quantity can be increased or decreased according to user needs to adapt to different submerged depths. The impeller and guide vane can be multi-stage to adapt to different lift requirements.
5. The lifting pipe of the water pump is connected by a flange, and there is a guide bearing in the middle. The water pump guide bearing adopts reinforced filled polytetrafluoroethylene or Canadian Sailon bearing, or nitrile rubber (for medium temperature higher than 55 ℃), and the shaft is protected by a protective tube. When conveying clean water, the protective pipe can be cancelled, and the guide bearing does not need to be connected with cooling and lubricating water; when conveying sewage, the guide bearing must be connected with cooling and lubricating water. For places where there is no clean water on site or the cost of clean water is high, a special structure can be added, and the medium conveyed by the pump is filtered or separated by precipitation to cool and lubricate the guide bearing. The lubricating water system can be equipped with control components such as flow and pressure relays. When the water supply before starting the machine is lower than the rated water supply, the pump cannot be started. An alarm signal is issued, the buzzer in the control room sounds, and the red light alarms. At this time, the valve of the bypass system can be opened to supply water to ensure sufficient water supply, and the fault can be repaired at the same time. This control system can realize remote remote control.
6. The residual axial force of the pump and the weight of the rotor parts are borne by the thrust bearing in the motor seat or the motor with thrust bearing. The thrust bearing is lubricated with thin oil and cooled by external water. Thrust bearings can embed temperature control elements.
7. The shaft seal of the pump is a packing seal, and a replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal and guide bearing to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is adjusted by the upper end of the bearing part or the adjusting nut in the pump coupling, which is very convenient.
8. The water pump can be equipped with a control cabinet, which has various functions such as automatic start and stop according to the liquid level, overload alarm and real-time remote monitoring, etc., which can realize remote centralized control of multi-pump networking. Pumps with a diameter greater than 500mm are equipped with an automatic exhaust system.
