This type of pump is a single suction, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal pump. It is suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories and cities. It is mainly used for small flow and high lift occasions. By changing the material of the flow passage parts of the pump, a small amount of solid particle impurities (MD type) and corrosive liquids (DF type) can be transported. The performance parameters and installation dimensions of the pump after changing the material are basically the same as those before changing.
Model description
There are three methods for model representation of this type of pump. Examples are as follows:
⑴ Example 150D30 × five
150 -- The suction inlet diameter of the pump is 150 ㎜.
D -- Single suction, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal clean water pump.
30 -- Single stage lift of the pump is 30m.
5 - The number of stages of the pump is 5.
⑵ Case D450-60/84 × six
D -- Single suction, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal clean water pump.
450 -- The pump flow is 450m3/h.
60 - Single stage lift of the pump is 60m
84 - Year
6 - The stage of the pump is 6.

⑶ Example D80-30 × three
D -- Single suction, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal clean water pump.
80 - suction inlet diameter of the pump is 80 ㎜
30 -- Single stage lift of the pump is 30m.
3 - The stage of the pump is 3.

Structural type:
The pump is installed horizontally. According to the factory standard, the suction inlet direction of the pump is horizontal, and the discharge outlet is vertical. According to the installation requirements of the user, the inlet and outlet can be changed to any combination of horizontal, right and vertical directions. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the balance plate. The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. When the mechanical seal is adopted, the standard material of the mechanical seal shaft sleeve is stainless steel 304 to improve the service life of the mechanical seal.
Except that D85-67 and D155-67 pumps adopt sliding bearing and thin oil lubrication, other pumps adopt rolling bearing and grease lubrication. Rotation direction: the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.
The flow passage parts of MD type pump are made of wear-resistant materials (nodular cast iron, high chromium alloy, etc.), which are suitable for conveying mines with solid particles, urban drainage and other occasions.
The flow passage components of DF type pump are made of corrosion-resistant materials (stainless steel 304316, duplex stainless steel, copper, etc.), which are suitable for transporting corrosive liquids such as seawater and acidic water.
