Summary:
ISG series single-stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump is designed by our scientific and technical personnel, together with domestic water pump experts, using the excellent domestic hydraulic model, adopting the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pump and ingeniously combining the general vertical pump. At the same time, applicable hot water, high-temperature corrosive chemical pump and oil pump are derived on the basis of ISG type according to the use temperature, medium, etc. This series of products have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, reliable performance, etc. It meets the requirements of the latest JB/T53058-93 of the Ministry of Machinery. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard. In 1993, it passed the unified inspection of pipeline pump products by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China.

Structure description:
1. The pump is a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters, and is located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small floor area, and low construction investment. If it is equipped with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial size and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring stable pump operation and low vibration noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature resistant mechanical seal and wear-resistant seal made of cemented carbide, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.
4. It is convenient for installation and maintenance, without dismantling the pipeline system, and all rotor parts can be extracted by removing the nuts of the pump coupling seat.
5. The series and parallel operation mode can be adopted according to the use requirements, i.e. the flow and lift.
6. The pump can be installed vertically and horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
Purpose:
1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with weak chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire control pressurization, long-distance transmission, HVAC refrigeration cycle, circulating pressurization of cold and warm water in bathrooms and supporting equipment. The service temperature is T<80 ℃.
2. IRG (GRG) type vertical hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used for: high temperature hot water pressurization circulating transmission of boilers such as energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, hotels and restaurants, and circulating pump of urban heating system. The operating temperature of IRG type is T<120 ℃, and the operating temperature of GRG type is T<240 ℃.
3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used to transport liquids without solid particles, which are corrosive and have viscosity similar to water. It is used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food pharmacy, synthetic fiber and other departments, and the operating temperature is - 20 ℃~120 ℃.
4. YG type vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products, and the temperature of the conveyed medium is - 20 ℃~120 ℃.
Operating conditions:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please indicate the working pressure of the system when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it shall be put forward separately when ordering. So that the overflow part and connection part of the pump are made of cast steel.
2. Ambient temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be greater than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used contains fine particles, please specify them when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
