Overview
SAP type pump is a single-stage, double-suction horizontal split centrifugal pump, suitable for factories, cities, mines, power stations, farmland, water conservancy projects and other fields. It is used to transport clear water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, and the temperature of the medium to be transported is 0°C to 80°C. The maximum allowable inlet pressure is 0.6Mpa.

Structure description:
The pump is installed horizontally, the pump casing is horizontally separated from the axis line, the upper part is the pump cover, and the lower part is the pump body. It is necessary to remove the inlet and outlet pipes and the motor to open the pump cover, and take out the rotor parts for maintenance. The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal (single-end unbalanced type).
The bearing chamber selects rolling bearing chamber or sliding bearing chamber according to different operating conditions, and rolling bearing chamber according to different operating conditions
Use grease or thin oil lubrication, and the sliding bearing chamber must be lubricated with thin oil.

6. There are two forms of packing seal and mechanical seal, which can be selected by the user.
7. The accumulated water in the pump can be completely drained, and it will not freeze and crack in extremely cold areas.
8. Rolling bearing is adopted, which has long running time and convenient maintenance.
