CS\SG type pump is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving single-stage double-suction horizontal split centrifugal pump developed by Changsha Pump Factory Co., Ltd. It is suitable for factories, urban water supply, air-conditioning circulating water, heating pipe network systems, building water supply, mines, Power station water supply and drainage, farmland irrigation and various water conservancy projects, petrochemical projects, etc.

The pump has different structures such as horizontal and vertical, high temperature and normal temperature, and can be customized according to the needs of users.

The technical advantages of CS high-efficiency energy-saving double-suction pump:

(1) Compact structure, easy disassembly and assembly

The advanced double-suction structure design can ensure large flow and high suction lift; compared with the traditional double-suction pump, the CS-type pump system and related equipment have a small installation footprint. The middle-opening design of the shell is easy to disassemble and easy to repair. When parts need to be replaced, there is no need to move the pump body and the inlet and outlet pipes.

(2) High efficiency and energy saving

Using the most advanced ternary fluid analysis technology, the developed high-efficiency hydraulic model has higher efficiency than previous similar products, with a maximum efficiency of 94%, which is 3%-8% higher than that of traditional open-center pumps. It has high operating efficiency in a wide flow range, and can choose a smaller power motor to reduce operating costs.

(3) Environmental protection

Based on the user's years of experience, the patented cooling water connection parts and shaft seal water pipeline parts are used to ensure that the pump room is clean, leak-free, and meets environmental protection requirements. The pump has low noise and low vibration during operation, which can ensure a comfortable working environment.

(4) High conveying performance

Using an excellent hydraulic model, the pump has excellent cavitation performance, which enables the pump to run stably at a lower water level and provides the pumping capacity of the pump.

(5) Unique impeller structure design

The staggered design of adjacent impellers is adopted, so that after the impeller of the double-suction pump enters the water twice, the hydraulic pulse is minimized, and the noise and vibration are reduced.

(6) High reliability

The high-lift pump adopts double volute design, the pump body and pump cover are provided with reinforcing ribs, and the pump body has high strength;

The bearing span is short and the shaft is thickened, which makes the rotor run with little disturbance and is stable and reliable. The bearing can be installed with PT100 temperature measuring element, bimetal thermometer and bearing vibration measuring device, which can realize the monitoring of the bearing in the pump room and on-site, and realize unattended operation.

All impellers are subjected to 6.3-level static balance test, and the entire rotor is subjected to 2.5G dynamic balance test according to API610 standard.

The main shaft adopts a fully enclosed design that does not contact liquid, and the bearing parts are provided with a combined sealing structure of lip-shaped oil seal + V-shaped sealing ring, which has excellent anti-oil leakage, anti-dust, waterproof and anti-moisture functions.

(7) A variety of shaft seals to choose from

Users can choose packing seals, injected soft packing seals, mechanical seals, etc. according to their needs.

(8) Beautiful appearance

Professional industrial designers were hired to optimize the appearance of the pump. Castings are made of metal mouldings with smooth surfaces and a proprietary factory standard matte paint to make the factory equipment look beautiful.
