According to the internal management system audit plan, the company carried out the internal management system audit from September 17 to 18, 2019.
This audit is based on the requirements of GB/T19001, GJB9001C quality management system, GB/T24001 environmental system, GB/T28001 occupational health and safety system, as well as the nuclear pump quality assurance system and the company's quality manual and program documents. 11 departments including the Production Management Department and the Enterprise Management Department conducted spot checks and reviews, and the review process was carried out in three groups.
During the audit process, with the active assistance and cooperation of the leaders of various units and departments, the audit team successfully completed the document audit and on-site audit according to the audit plan requirements. The audit team found some problems during the audit process, such as the lack of relevant inspection records for the operation of the quality/environment/occupational health system, the failure to adopt relevant standards in the design according to the technical requirements, the management of on-site identification in the workshop, the management of semi-finished products warehouse parts, and the management of suppliers. Out of 6 non-conformities, all are general non-conformities. It is hoped that all departments will conscientiously do a good job in this rectification work, draw inferences from each other, conduct self-examination and self-correction, and further improve the effectiveness of the operation of the management system.
